Claudia and I are going to speak about CREATIVITY! Claudia is a great speaker...relaxed and kick back. I am on the otherhand...not a natural...more like a natural goofball:) So, come and support me...and laugh with me!!!! We are hoping that we will have a BIG group conversation...so we are looking forward to lots of TALKING!!

Happy Monday!!!!

It's Monday!!! Oh how I wanted to crawl back into bed this morning!!! I wish I was one of those people that popped out of bed...cheerful and ready for the challenges of the day! I am ready ONLY after a few cups of tea:)

If you were at Elements last week...then you already know how wonderful Nanci was!! She gave us all so much food for thought. Did you try to figure out what Love Language your hubby is??? How about your kids??? We would love to hear from you...any insights or stories you may have. You can always post comments at the bottom of this post. In fact...we LOVE it when you do!

Nanci will return in May to speak with us again...maybe some insights about Mother's Day...or 80's TV...she will let us know:)

Just a reminder that this Thursday, February 26 is our 4th Elements Meeting!!! We meet @ 9am - 10:30am! My dear friend Nanci Lovelace will be speaking about The 5 Love Languages. Nanci is a local Christian speaker and has been featured at women's retreats and conferences! Don't miss this Elements...if you don't already know & love Nanci...you will!!! She is soooo funny and makes you feel instantly like you are one of her close friends! Well, I am one of her close friends...so I am probably biased...BUT you will adore her!!! Also, Love Languages is a great series of books about relationships. Hope to see you on Thursday...

Highland's Youth Group Yard Sale...HELP!!!!

OK...Spring Cleaning is just around the corner. Why not start now and help Highland's Youth Group go to Winter Camp!!! The yard sale is Sat. Feb 7th at 8:00 am in the church parking lot. We are looking for donations...you can drop off items at the church office if the items fit into a black bag otherwise you can drop off on Friday the 6th or bring larger items furniture etc on the day of the sale in the a.m. All proceeds go directly to winter camp, we use the money to pay for kids camp tuition and counselor tuition. We need your help!!! Last week...72 kids came to middle school youth group!!!

This is an easy way to make a BIG difference in a child's life!!! Thank you so much!!!
